📸 @young.harvestersEverything a principal or coordinator needs to know before making the decision.
Young Harvesters is designed for students in Grades 6 to 10 (ages 10–16). We slightly tailor the programme based on the age group of your visiting students.
We can comfortably accommodate groups of 20 to 80 students per visit. For larger groups, we can schedule split visits across two days.
Transport is arranged by the school. We’re happy to assist with bus coordination recommendations. Everything else — activities, snack, lunch, and certificate — is included in the Rs. 999/child price.
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by trained professionals, we maintain a 1:15 supervisor-to-student ratio, and first aid is available on site at all times.
Students receive an official participation certificate from GKVK (University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru) — a premier institution under the Government of Karnataka. This can be added to student academic portfolios.
Yes! We can discuss specific modules or scheduling adjustments to better suit your school’s curriculum or event calendar. Reach out and we’ll work something out.
We require 50% advance payment at the time of booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% on the day of the visit. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cheque.
For school group visits, we recommend it be a students-only experience for maximum engagement. However, we do offer separate Parent + Child weekend visits — ask us about those!
